Entries will close early if Meet capacity is reached prior to published closing date. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nConditions of Entry\n\n\n\nEntries:\n\n\n\nMeet open to SAL registered swimmers only.Swimmers must have 2024-25 competitive membership to participate.Age of competitors is as at date of meet.ONLINE entries via Swim Central.$12 per event (includes Swimming Victoria levy)Entry Fees will not be refunded for any reason.Closing date 21st July at 6pm.The Meet Director reserves the right to cancel/ merge events or alter the program as required.Ballarat Gold Swimming Club reserves the right to close online entries early to accommodatetime constraints. \n\n\n\n400m Events:\n\n\n\n*Events 1/2 maybe combined. Limit of 3 combined heats\, open to the first 24 swimmers to enter.Only enter EITHER Event 1 OR Event 2\, do NOT enter both. \n\n\n\n‘Last Chance’ Events:\n\n\n\nSwimmers must be within 2 seconds of achieving the SC Country Qualifying time to enter$20/ ‘Last Chance’ entry (includes Swimming Victoria levy)Enter at the MeetDetails of how to enter will be provided in the Meet Program.All ‘Last Chance’ events will be Mixed gender\, Open age group. \n\n\n\nMeet:\n\n\n\nOne start rule applies.The SV 11 & Under swim suit rule will apply to this meet.Backstroke ledges will be available for use at this Meet.The Referees decisions will be final.All events are timed finals with points awarded to the top 8 swimmers in the following agecategories: 9 & U\, 10/11\, 12/13\, 14/15\, 16/17 and 18 & O for both male and female swimmers.Medals for 1st\, 2nd & 3rd aggregate in each age group presented at the conclusion of the meet.Ribbons for individual Events. \n\n\n\nGeneral:\n\n\n\nProgram\, timeline and athlete roster available no later than two days prior to competition from Swim Central and Ballarat Gold WebsiteFree spectator entry.
