SUMMARY:2024 Annual General Meeting & Awards Night
DESCRIPTION:In the Small Gym next to the Pool at Ballarat Grammar School \n\n\n\n\n\nWe are pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Awards night for the Swimming Club will be held on  Friday 15 November 2024 at 7pm. The meeting will take place at the Small Gym at Ballarat Grammar School (next door to the pool)\, 201 Forest Street Wendouree Vic 3355. \n\n\n\nThis is an important event for all members\, and we encourage everyone to attend. The agenda will include: \n\n\n\n\n1. Review of the past year’s activities and achievements\n\n\n\n2. Financial report and budget approval\n\n\n\n3. Special Resolution – Approval of the club’s Constitution – download a draft version. We welcome your feedback and comments via email to committee@ballaratgold.org.au.\n\n\n\n4. Election of committee members – download nomination form. Completed nomination forms need to be submitted to the Secretary at secretary@ballaratgold.org.au by 7 pm on Friday 8 November 2024.\n\n\n\n5. Presentation of Club Awards\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAwards to be presented are: \n\n\n\n\n– Pam Toom Award 11& Under Champion – Male and Female\n\n\n\n– Peter Pay Award 12-15 Years Club Champion – Male and Female\n\n\n\n– Mark Stahl Award 16 & Over Club Champion – Male and Female\n\n\n\n– Junior Coaches Awards\n\n\n\n– Senior Coaches Award\n\n\n\n– Best Senior Club Person Award\n\n\n\n– Best Junior Club Person Award\n\n\n\n– Coaches Performer of the Year Award\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTo help us plan accordingly please RSVP by Monday 11 November 2024\, to secretary@ballaratgold.org.au please include the number of family members in attendance. \n\n\n\nWe look forward to your participation and input as we plan for another exciting year ahead for our club! \n\n\n\nBest regards\, \n\n\n\nCommittee for Ballarat Gold Swimming Club
