DESCRIPTION:Proposed qualifying Meet – Doors open 9am\, Warm up 9:15am\, Racing starts 10am \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeet Flyer\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAge Group Scores now available (medals for first 3 places in each age group) – please contact Liz McCormack if you were unable to collect your medal and you would like it sent to your club. \n\n\n\nMeet Results now available \n\n\n\nMeet Program now available \n\n\n\nMeet Timeline now available \n\n\n\nTimekeeper Lane Allocations now available \n\n\n\nVenue Map \n\n\n\nEntry list now available – please check and inform entries@ballaratgold.org.au of any issues by Midday Tuesday 30th May. \n\n\n\nConditions of Entry\n\n\n\nEntries:      \n\n\n\nMeet open to SAL registered swimmers only. \n\n\n\nAge of competitors is as at date of meet. \n\n\n\nONLINE entries via Swim Central. \n\n\n\n$12 per individual event (includes Swimming Victoria levy) \n\n\n\nEntry Fees will not be refunded for any reason. \n\n\n\nClosing date 28th May at 6pm\, no late entries will be accepted. \n\n\n\nThe Meet Director reserves the right to cancel/ merge events or alter the program as required. \n\n\n\nBallarat Gold Swimming Club reserves the right to close online entries early to accommodate time constraints. \n\n\n\n*Events 1/2 maybe combined. Limit of 3 combined heats\, open to the first 24 swimmers to enter.  Only enter EITHER Event 1 OR Event 2\, do NOT enter both. \n\n\n\nMeet:  \n\n\n\nOne start rule applies. \n\n\n\nThe SV 11 & Under swim suit rule will apply to this meet. \n\n\n\nBackstroke ledges will be available for use at this Meet. \n\n\n\nThe Referees decisions will be final. \n\n\n\nAll events are timed finals with points awarded to the top 8 swimmers in the following age categories: 9 & U\, 10/11 and 12/13 for both male and female swimmers. Medals for 1st\, 2nd & 3rd aggregate in each age group presented at the conclusion of the meet. \n\n\n\nRelays:             \n\n\n\nMixed relay – minimum 1 girl/team. \n\n\n\nRelay entry via Swim Central. Alternatively\, TM files or manual entry welcome for Relay entries ONLY. Email relay entry details to entries@ballaratgold.org.au \n\n\n\nRelay entries are $16 per team. No restrictions on the number of teams entered \n\n\n\nRelay payments -Direct deposit to Ballarat Gold SC Inc. BSB 633-000\, Account No.1083-32453 using “SCRelay club name” as a reference. Please forward remittance advice to entries@ballaratgold.org.au \n\n\n\nGeneral:           \n\n\n\nProgram\, timeline and athlete roster available no later than two days prior to competition from Swim Central and Ballarat Gold Website \n\n\n\nFree spectator entry.
