Please check Heat and Lane \n\n\n\nEntry list (updated 21/07/2023) \n\n\n\nMeet Timeline  \n\n\n\nClub Timekeeper Lane Allocations \n\n\n\nVenue Map \n\n\n\nEntry list now available – please check and inform entries@ballaratgold.org.au of any issues by Midday Tuesday 18th July. \n\n\n\nConditions of Entry \n\n\n\nEntries:       \n\n\n\nMeet open to SAL registered swimmers only. \n\n\n\nAge of competitors is as at date of meet. \n\n\n\nONLINE entries via Swim Central. \n\n\n\n$12 per event (includes Swimming Victoria levy) \n\n\n\nEntry Fees will not be refunded for any reason. \n\n\n\nClosing date 16th July at 6pm\, no late entries will be accepted. \n\n\n\nThe Meet Director reserves the right to cancel/ merge events or alter the program as required. \n\n\n\nBallarat Gold Swimming Club reserves the right to close online entries early to accommodate time constraints. \n\n\n\nDistance Entries:      \n\n\n\n*400m – Only enter EITHER Event 1 OR Event 2\, do NOT enter both.  Events 1/2 maybe combined.  Limit of 3 combined heats\, open to the first 24 swimmers to enter.  \n\n\n\n^800m & 1500m – Only enter EITHER Event 28 OR Event 29\, do NOT enter both. \n\n\n\n800m (QT 15:45.00) – limit of 2 heats\, open to the first 16 swimmers to enter. \n\n\n\n1500m (QT 26.45.00) – limit of 1 heat\, open to the first 8 swimmers to enter. \n\n\n\nCoach approved manual times may be accepted subject to space. \n\n\n\nMeet:   \n\n\n\nOne start rule applies. \n\n\n\nThe SV 11 & Under swim suit rule will apply to this meet. \n\n\n\nBackstroke ledges will be available for use at this Meet. \n\n\n\nThe Referees decisions will be final. \n\n\n\nAll events are timed finals with points awarded to the top 8 swimmers in the following age categories: 9 & U\, 10/11\, 12/13\, 14/15\, 16/17 and 18 & O for both male and female swimmers. Medals for 1st\, 2nd & 3rd aggregate in each age group presented at the conclusion of the meet. \n\n\n\nRibbons for individual Events. \n\n\n\nGeneral:            \n\n\n\nProgram\, timeline and athlete roster available no later than two days prior to competition from Swim Central and Ballarat Gold Website \n\n\n\nFree spectator entry. Grandstand seating available. \n\n\n\nPop-up shops in Courtyard: Swim Merch \, Ballarat Gold BBQ & 2nd Hand shop \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCovid-19 information: \n\n\n\nNominees agree to adhere to Victorian Covid Rules and Restrictions in place at time of Meet\, in addition to any Venue specific requirements. \n\n\n\nAll Meet details subject to change based on Victorian Covid Rules and Restrictions at time of Meet.
