In the wake of the Victorian swimming community losing one of their own, we are encouraging all our members and the broader swimming community to register and join in to raise awareness and funds to support the Reach Out initiative to aid in the prevention of youth suicide.

400m Events 1 and 2 maybe combined. Limit of 5 combined heats, open to the first 40 swimmers to enter.  Only enter EITHER Event 1 OR Event 2, do NOT enter both.
