Conditions of Entry

Entries:
Meet open to SAL registered swimmers only.
Age of competitors is as at date of meet.
ONLINE entries via Swim Central.
$15 per event (includes Swimming Victoria levy). Late Entries $20 per event.
Entry Fees will not be refunded for any reason.
Closing date Sunday 19 July at 6pm.
The Meet Director reserves the right to cancel/ merge events or alter the program as required.
Ballarat Gold Swimming Club reserves the right to close online entries early to accommodate time constraints.

Distance Events:
*400m Events 1/2 maybe combined. Limit of 3 combined heats, open to the first 24 swimmers to enter. Only enter EITHER Event 1 OR Event 2, do NOT enter both.
^800m & 1500m – Only enter EITHER Event 28 OR Event 29, do NOT enter both.
800m (QT 15:45.00) – limit of 2 heats, open to the first 16 swimmers to enter.
1500m (QT 26.45.00) – limit of 1 heat, open to the first 8 swimmers to enter.
Coach approved manual times may be accepted subject to space.

Event 28 & 29 may be combined. If there are not enough entries these events may be canceled at the discretion of the organisers. Full refunds will be offered
in this instance only.

Meet:
One start rule applies.
The SV 11 & Under swim suit rule will apply to this meet.
Backstroke ledges will be available for use at this Meet.
The Referees decisions will be final.
All events are timed finals. Points will be awarded to the top 8 swimmers in the following age categories: 9 & U, 10/11, 12/13, 14/15, 16/17 and 18 & O for both male and female swimmers in all events in Session 1 and Session 2. Medals for 1st, 2nd & 3rd aggregate in each age group will be announced after the conclusion of Session 2.
Ribbons available for top 3 swimmers in individual Events.

General:
Program, timeline and athlete roster available no later than two days prior to competition from Swim Central and Ballarat Gold Website
Free spectator entry. Grandstand seating available.
